Always housed in a hangar. It has been down for a long time but it has been updated on everything. Paint, engine and interior. Rotax 912ULS 100cv engine with only 86 hours. Currently in flight. Electric Trim, radio 8.33, Transponder, Autopilot, parking Brake, Wheel Covers, GPS and navigation Garmin aera 760. It's all documented.
